Regular property inspections with photo documentation. I check everything that can go wrong in an empty Arizona home and send you a written report after every visit.

Many homeowner’s insurance policies require periodic inspections during vacancy. Home watch visits help satisfy that requirement. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

One-time visits at the start and end of your season. Arrive home to a house that’s cool, running, and ready. Leave knowing everything is properly secured and documented.

$150 per visit · $275 for both

Often performed while you’re traveling. Card on file is charged upon completion — no need to coordinate payment from the road.

Four visits per year covering the preventive maintenance most homeowners let slip. Small problems found early stay small. Deferred maintenance becomes expensive repairs.

Scheduled automatically each season. You don’t have to remember — I handle the scheduling and remind you before each visit.
